Self-organizing co-creativity

This will list various peace initiatives that are running parallel to the 10-10-10 initiative. Two worth noting are The Great Gathering in September 2010 – http://www.thegreatgathering.org – and Event Zero (date TBD) through the Contact Zero Network – http://www.contactzero.org. Updates will be posted to this group description as they are made available.

The Power of One E-Dialogues is a space created online for engaging in conversation around scheduled topics led by various members of the Power of One Community. The E-Dialogues are designed to provoke new thoughts and ideas surrounding each new topic. The chats are once a week for an hour. We look forward to meeting you, engaging in conversation & value your contribution to the discussions. Welcome and thank you for joining us!

-Register to become a member on the upper righthand side (under LOGIN)

-Once you have registered you should receive an email confirming request.
(if you are prompted to LOGIN again, please do so using the info. you provided)

-Once you are logged-in, you should automatically appear on the Home Page

-Scroll down (towards the bottom) until you come to the category GROUPS (in gold)

-Click on the Power of One E-Dialogues

-At the top of the page (across from the photo) select JOIN GROUP

-Next, scroll down to the bottom of the page until you see GROUP WIRE; this is where the exchange of dialogue occurs during the chat among the members.

-You may post your thoughts, message or ideas at any time by scrolling down to the very bottom of the page where there is an empty box directly underneath your face/image or avatar. Type away & have fun chiming into the dialogue…

Co-creation area for Power of One 10.10.10 organizing committee.

Power of One 10.10.10. will be a unique global edutainment experience consisting of Ten steps to 10.10.10., accessible 24/7 on the web, leading up to face-to-face and virtual meet ups at the Lincoln Memorial on the Mall and places around the globe connecting millions.

Music, dance, documentary film, art, sound and light, with opening and closing ceremonies featuring 10 minutes of profound silence will co-create the vision for a world transformed into a peaceful, sustainable global society.

Quantum Dialogue One – Our Interconnected Universe, the Power of Integrated Action was organized as a launching event for the Power of One initiative and took place on September 2-3, 2009 at House of Sweden, Washington DC.

Keep the dialogue going, stay in touch with old friends and new, share insights and plans.

The Power of One School initiative seeks to engage and empower children and young people around the world to co-create a prosperous future one community at a time. We develop and micro-finance age-appropriate, interdisciplinary school kits which set up nurseries and plant trees, while improving access to participatory learning tools, healthy environments, electricity, the internet, water, sanitation, and jobs. We believe this is a smart way to convert CO2 into things people and our planet really need.
